Personnel Board
The Personnel Board meets on an as-needed basis to hear appeals of grievances and discipline of City employees.
The Personnel Board exists in accordance with the two State Code Sections that provide for the establishment of a Personnel Board and a Grievance Procedure. The decision reached by the Personnel Board as stated in §2.1‑114.5:1(d) is final and binding in all cases.
