The Personnel Board exists in accordance with the two State Code Sections that provide for the establishment of a Personnel Board and a Grievance Procedure. The decision reached by the Personnel Board as stated in §2.1‑114.5:1(d) is final and binding in all cases.

Composition Requirements

  • Five members with one member being a member of the merit service. Additionally, there may be up to four alternates appointed with two of them being a part of the merit service below the level of division manager.
